Return Policy

If you choose to return the products you must send back the products within 03 (three) days of Delivery. The product will be sent in our poly packaging (intact) if it’s already opened or broken don’t receive this from the courier and immediately inform us. The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met which are described below:

  1. Delivery of the wrong item
  2. Delivery of defective Product
  3. Delivery of products with missing components

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Process: Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes on Refunds:

  1. Advance Payments: Advance payments for any order are fully non-refundable. However, if Nur Telecom is unable to provide the ordered product within the promised timeline, the refund will be initiated within the next 48 hours.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction, including SSL, MFS (Mobile Financial Services), or bank transfer.
  3. Service Charges: If a customer wants to cancel the order after receiving the product, NUR Telecom will deduct a maximum of 20% from the original amount and refund the remaining amount to the customer.
Refund Timelines:
  • Bank Transfer: Within 3 working days.
  • Online Gateway/MFS: Within 7 to 15 working days.
  • EMI: Within 7 to 15 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Within 3 working days.

The authority may cancel any order within five working days if the product is unavailable in Nur Telecom stock. If the customer agrees to wait for the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for 30 days.

In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 1 – 15 working days. If the customer received any cashback, the received cashback amount would be adjusted with the refund amount.

After confirming an order, if the customer cancels the order and the customer already makes an online payment against that order, Nur Telecom will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

 

Not Applicable for Return & Replacement:

  • Damages due to the product’s misuse

  • Incidental damage due to product malfunction
  • Any consumable product that has been used or installed
  • Items with serial / UPC numbers tampered with or missing
  • Any damage/defect which is not protected under the assurance of the manufacturer
  • Any product that is returned without any original packaging and accessories, including the package, the retailer’s packaging, if any, and any other item(s) originally included in the shipped product(s).

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability on Nur Telecom You may need to wait for more days to receive the product.

Please read our product descriptions, price, and warranty policy carefully before placing an order. Once you place an order, we won’t give you any refund if the product is not compatible with your devices, or you suddenly change your mind about using it or you mistakenly thought it was a different product.
